There are a variety of ways in which OPARC might be helpful to local businesses. We can 1) help you fill a vacancy for which the skills of a person with a disability might be appropriate; 2) bring a group of up to eight clients to your business, on either a full-time or part-time basis, and provide a "job coach" to help you train and supervise them; and 3) perform sub-assembly and packaging jobs for you at one of our program locations. (High volume jobs are usually done at our "Diversified Industries" division.)

If you hire a person with a disability yourself, certain tax credits may be available to you.
