OPARC is a non-profit organization located in the "Inland Empire" region of Southern California and dedicated to helping people with disabilities and their families. More than 700 adults with developmental and vocational disabilities utilize OPARC's programs. Founded in 1950 by parents of children with disabilities, OPARC has grown into an organization with about 200 employees and an annual budget of more than $10 million. The Corporate office is in Montclair, California, with program facilities located in Montclair, Ontario, San Bernardino, Upland and Rancho Cucamonga, California.
