Joshua Connell is the Director of Information Technology at Oparc. Joshua began his career as an independent IT consultant and spent over a decade supporting organizations in healthcare, real estate, e-commerce, and business services. In 2014, he started supporting Oparc as a consultant when the organization was struggling to keep up with the changing landscape of technology. Joshua redesigned Oparc’s entire infrastructure and built a hybrid cloud environment to expand the tools available to staff and participants. His experience in data security and commitment to HIPAA compliance are instrumental in protecting the information of the individuals Oparc serves. In 2026, Joshua joined Oparc full-time to help drive the mission forward and fully align technology with the organization’s goals. He enjoys being part of the team and is motivated by the impact Oparc has on the community.
