Connect to Services

At Oparc, every person we serve comes to us through a trusted referral partner who shares our commitment to inclusion, independence, and opportunity. Our partners, the Inland Regional Center, the San Gabriel/Pomona Regional Center, and the California Department of Rehabilitation, help determine who qualifies for the support we offer.

In general, individuals may be eligible for services if they have a developmental or physical disability that affects their ability to navigate daily life or access employment. This may include intellectual disability, autism, cerebral palsy, epilepsy, or other long-term conditions that began before adulthood and require ongoing support.

Oparc Programs Include:

  • Enrichment Activities
  • Life Skills Training
  • Community Engagement
  • Behavioral Support
  • Medical Support
  • Job Training
  • Employment Support
  • Individual Employment

People don’t need to be fixed, they need to be supported.

Participants may qualify through the Department of Rehabilitation if they face employment-related challenges due to a physical or mental health condition and would benefit from job training, coaching, or support services.

Each agency has its own criteria and intake process. If you or someone you care for may benefit from Oparc’s programs, we encourage you to explore the eligibility guidelines provided by each referral partner.

If you have questions, contact us at Info@Oparc.org, and we will help point you in the right direction.
