The most direct way to collaborate with us is through our Business Services Program, where businesses hire Oparc participants for roles such as assembly, packaging, or janitorial work. Each team is supported by a dedicated job coach who provides training and on-site supervision to ensure quality, consistency, and success for both the employee and the employer.
