Phuong is a dedicated member of the OPARC Board of Directors who brings a strong commitment to service, meaningful impact, and advancing the organization’s mission. She currently serves as a Senior Manager in the Audit Services Department at Southern California Edison (SCE), where she brings more than 20 years of experience in leadership, risk management, compliance, internal controls, and financial and operational auditing. As a first-generation Vietnamese Chinese American, Phuong is passionate about diversity, equity, and inclusion, and values the importance of bringing different perspectives, backgrounds, and experiences into leadership and community service. Outside of her professional and board service, she values her role as a mother and enjoys traveling and exploring new culinary experiences with her family.
