Supported Group Employment

Our Supported Group Employment program helps participants gain valuable work experience and develop practical skills in real community settings. Small groups of three to five participants work together under the guidance of full-time Oparc Job Coaches who provide training, support, and encouragement every step of the way.

Participants take part in meaningful work such as landscape maintenance, day porter services, housekeeping, dishwashing, warehouse production, and cafeteria duties. Each job site provides opportunities to practice responsibility, teamwork, and communication while building the confidence needed to succeed in the workplace.
