Letter from

Chief Program Officer

Andrea Wells

I’m honored to share the Oparc 2023 Annual Report with you.

As we embark on a new chapter of transition within our organization, I am inspired by the commitment and steadfast dedication of our team. We’re offering additional services, tailored to better assist the individual needs of the people we serve. No longer are we limited to only one type of service provision at a given time. If additional aid is needed toward better education, employment, or the development of life skills, our founders now allow us additional avenues to enhance their support.

Quality services begin with a strong foundation. It’s this foundation that enables us to deliver excellence, uphold commitments, make a meaningful difference in the lives of those we serve, and achieve significant milestones, including our successful accreditation in Business Services and clean licensing inspections at all seven day programs!

Amidst this change, our generous donors have remained pillars of support. Contributor dollars play a vital role in enabling us to empower individuals with the skills needed for community connectedness and employment opportunities. This support directly impacts lives, providing access and pathways for learning.

As Interim CEO, I’m honored to lead us forward, guided by our dedicated Board sharing vision and passion for our mission. Thank you for your continued support and partnership as we navigate this journey together.
