Daniele brings a rare and steady passion to Oparc, rooted in love, lived experience, and an unwavering belief in what is possible. As a board member, a sister, and a devoted champion of our community, she leads with both heart and purpose.  

She sees the growth in her brother Arnold and recognizes that same spark of confidence and belonging in so many other Oparc participants. Her voice strengthens our mission, her service deepens our impact, and her commitment reminds us why this work matters.  We are deeply grateful for Daniele’s wisdom, advocacy, and joy.
