Donor Spotlights

Heather brings a deep passion for helping wherever she goes, whether that means supporting people, caring for animals, or protecting the natural world. At home, she tends to a lively family of cats, dogs, and even lizards. Outdoors, she dedicates time to Monarch butterfly conservation, nurturing life in all its forms.

With more than 10 years of experience in marketing leadership and event management, Heather joined the Oparc Board in 2023 and now serves as our Vice Chair. She loves lifting up the Oparc community by sharing our story and amplifying the positive impact happening every day.

In 2025, Heather was the top peer to peer fundraiser for our Turkey Bowl, raising $1,875 through her energy, creativity, and genuine connection with others.

We are deeply grateful for Heather and the dedication, knowledge, and joyful enthusiasm she brings to everything she does. Her leadership strengthens our community and reminds us how powerful it is when passion and purpose come together.
