Judy and Dale Briggs shared a deep belief in Oparc’s mission, empowering individuals with disabilities to live meaningful, independent lives. While Judy’s service on Oparc’s Board of Directors reflected her leadership and vision, both she and Dale were equally committed partners in advancing the organization’s work through their generosity and unwavering support.

The Briggs Family’s story is also one of remembrance. We honor the life of Dale Briggs, who passed away last year. Dale was an integral part of the family’s journey with Oparc, and his legacy lives on through the continued involvement and generosity of his loved ones.
