Robert has been part of the Oparc community for 30 years. He joined us in 1995, before the administrative building even existed, and has grown alongside the organization ever since. His first role was in sealing and packaging, followed by food service at the college, and today he takes pride in his work in janitorial services. Each role reflects his dedication, reliability, and willingness to learn.

When asked what he values most about Oparc, Robert talks about the people. He loves seeing his colleagues and friends succeed in their jobs, and he shares how the steady support of staff over the years has helped him grow, build skills, and earn a paycheck he is proud of.

Robert brings warmth wherever he goes. He loves music, and you can often hear it playing as he works. His friendly smile is a constant reminder of the confidence and belonging that grow when someone is supported, respected, and given the opportunity to thrive.
