Oparc is grateful for our partnership with The Boiling Crab, which continues to create meaningful employment opportunities for the individuals we support.

Loretta is a wonderful example of this impact.

She began her supported employment in August 2025 and, over the past eight months, has thrived in her role through an Individual Placement, directly employed by the restaurant.

Working midweek with minimal support from her job coach, Loretta is known for her independence and confidence. She contributes to daily operations by assembling utensils and to-go kits, cleaning chairs, refilling napkin dispensers, cutting table covers, and filling salt and pepper shakers.

This opportunity has had a meaningful impact on Loretta’s life. Her increased income has allowed her to cover personal expenses and feel more independent.
